Terms of Service

Noodi is a private-access creator platform. Access is conditional, revocable, and limited to users who meet verification, age, payment, and conduct requirements.

Noodi may suspend, restrict, remove, preserve, investigate, or terminate any account, content, message, vault, payout, or feature access when required to protect users, creators, the platform, payment partners, or legal compliance.

Each user is solely responsible for their account activity, uploaded content, messages, purchases, representations, identity information, tax information, payout information, and compliance with applicable law.

Users may not use Noodi to upload, request, sell, buy, promote, store, distribute, or facilitate illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, stolen, underage, impersonated, abusive, or infringing content.

Users may enter Noodi through an adult access affirmation, but creator uploads, selling, and payouts require stricter verification. Any creator profile involving a spouse, partner, couple, group, or guest performer must verify every identifiable person separately before that person appears in content.

Noodi does not authorize illegal activity. Any person who attempts to use Noodi for illegal content or illegal conduct acts outside the permitted use of the platform and may be reported to payment processors, hosting providers, law enforcement, regulators, or affected parties.

Noodi reserves the right to preserve evidence, remove access, block funds, restrict payouts, terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Paid access is granted only after payment confirmation from the approved payment processor. Browser success screens do not create access rights unless server-side payment confirmation is received.

Creator earnings are subject to platform fees, processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, taxes, legal holds, compliance review, payout eligibility, and any other deduction or withholding permitted by these Terms, creator terms, or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noodi is not liable for user-generated content, creator representations, member requests, third-party payment processor decisions, creator tax obligations, device capture attempts, user misconduct, or unauthorized off-platform activity.

Noodi provides platform tools, safety workflows, reporting paths, and access controls, but users remain responsible for lawful behavior and lawful content.

Users and creators agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noodi, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, processors, and service providers from claims, losses, penalties, damages, costs, chargebacks, expenses, and attorney fees arising from their content, conduct, account use, false statements, legal violations, intellectual property violations, consent failures, tax issues, payout disputes, or breach of Noodi policies.
