Refund and Chargeback Policy

Digital access purchases
Noodi provides digital access and private membership features. Unless required by law, completed digital purchases, subscriptions, vault unlocks, custom request deposits, and livestream access are generally final once access is delivered or made available.
Noodi may offer refunds at its sole discretion where there is duplicate billing, technical failure, confirmed fraud, unavailable access, or processor-required reversal.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks may cause immediate account review, access suspension, creator payout reserve, creator balance offset, or account termination.
If a chargeback relates to creator conduct, undelivered content, fraud, misrepresentation, illegal content, or policy violation, Noodi may offset the disputed amount and related fees from creator earnings.
No abuse of refund systems
Users may not purchase access, view content, download or attempt to capture content, and then abuse refund or chargeback systems. Noodi may restrict users who repeatedly dispute valid purchases.
