Copyright reports
Copyright owners or authorized agents may report alleged infringement to Noodi at thenoodiapp@gmail.com. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, accuracy statement, and signature.
Noodi may remove or disable access to content in response to valid notices and may notify the affected creator where appropriate.
Repeat infringers
Noodi maintains a repeat-infringer policy and may terminate creators or users who repeatedly upload, sell, request, or distribute infringing content.
Noodi should register and maintain a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office before public launch if it seeks DMCA safe harbor protection.
