Creator Agreement

By becoming a creator, you promise that you own or control all content you upload or sell, every identifiable person in the content is 18 or older, every required person consented to creation and distribution, and your activity complies with law and Noodi policy.

You promise that one verified creator account does not cover a spouse, partner, guest, employee, contractor, co-creator, or other performer. Each identifiable person must be separately verified and approved before appearing in content, and each content item may need performer-specific consent records.

You promise that you will not use Noodi as a free storage locker, illegal-content host, piracy tool, impersonation tool, harassment tool, trafficking tool, or non-consensual content marketplace.

Noodi’s launch platform commission is 20% of gross processed creator transactions unless a written creator agreement states otherwise. Creator net amounts are calculated after Noodi’s platform commission and may be further affected by processor fees, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, reserves, payout costs, legal holds, and compliance holds. Noodi may reduce the platform commission for eligible creators through loyalty, tenure, volume, or written promotional terms.

Noodi may change pricing, fee, reserve, storage, payout, and eligibility rules prospectively with notice where required.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Noodi harmless from claims, losses, disputes, chargebacks, penalties, investigations, takedowns, damages, legal costs, and attorney fees caused by your content, conduct, statements, payment disputes, tax issues, consent failures, performer verification failures, copyright claims, illegal content, or breach of this agreement.

By enabling physical item sales on Noodi, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all products listed, sold, shipped, or promoted through physical item folders, including product legality, accurate descriptions, packaging, fulfillment, delivery, buyer communication, dispute handling, taxes, duties, customs obligations, and shipping carrier rules.

Noodi does not manufacture, inspect, store, package, certify, or ship physical items. Noodi is a platform provider only and is not responsible for product quality, product safety, injuries, damages, losses, shipping failures, lost packages, buyer disputes, chargebacks, legal violations, privacy breaches caused by creator actions, taxes, customs issues, or regulatory compliance.

Selling physical items may expose personal information. Creators should never use their real legal name publicly, never share a home address, use a PO Box, commercial mailbox, or business address whenever possible, avoid sharing personal phone numbers, emails, or social accounts, never meet buyers in person, and avoid revealing identifying information in packaging or return labels.

Illegal goods or substances, weapons, explosives, ammunition, hazardous or toxic materials, counterfeit or stolen goods, fraudulent products, prohibited drug paraphernalia, content involving minors or exploitation, human remains or body parts, live animals, recalled or banned products, and any item prohibited by shipping carriers or applicable law are strictly prohibited.

Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noodi, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, legal expenses, consumer complaints, personal injury claims, property damage claims, privacy incidents, intellectual property disputes, shipping disputes, and legal violations arising from physical item sales.

Noodi may remove listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, hold payouts, or escalate moderation at any time for marketplace policy violations, safety concerns, legal concerns, processor risk, or repeated violations. Noodi does not guarantee visibility, traffic, sales volume, customer demand, or profitability for physical item listings.

By enabling physical item sales or creating a physical item folder, you confirm that you understand the risks, accept full responsibility for your products and activities, agree to comply with all marketplace rules and applicable laws, understand that Noodi is not liable for creator conduct or transactions, and consent to electronic storage of your agreement acceptance, timestamps, folder records, and related account records.
