Content Ownership Policy

Creators keep ownership of their content, subject to the rights they grant Noodi to host, process, display, transmit, protect, watermark, moderate, remove, and monetize content through the platform.

Creators must not upload content they do not own or have permission to use. Stolen content, reposted paid content, leaked content, pirated content, and impersonation content are prohibited.

Creators grant Noodi a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, cache, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, moderate, restrict, remove, and otherwise use uploaded content solely to operate, protect, promote, improve, and enforce the platform.
