Business review draft

Consent Policy

Consent, performer authorization, co-creator rules, and prohibited non-consensual content.

Draft for business review. This language is intentionally strict, but it still needs attorney review before public launch.

Consent is mandatory

Creators may upload or sell only content they are legally allowed to distribute. If another person appears, speaks, participates, or is identifiable, the creator must have that person’s clear consent for creation, upload, sale, and distribution through Noodi.

A shared creator profile, couple profile, or group profile does not let one person verify on behalf of everyone. Each identifiable performer or co-creator must complete Noodi-required identity, age, liveness, consent, and records checks before appearing in content.

Consent must be voluntary, informed, specific, and revocable where applicable by law. Coercion, intimidation, intoxication, deception, blackmail, revenge posting, hidden recording, or stolen material is prohibited.

Proof of consent

Noodi may require proof of consent, performer identity, age documentation, release forms, co-creator verification, or additional records before allowing content to remain live or before releasing creator payouts.

Creators must keep performer and consent records accurate and current. If consent is revoked, expires, is disputed, or cannot be verified, Noodi may restrict related content and hold related payouts while the issue is reviewed.
