Age Compliance

Noodi is for adults only. Users and creators must be at least 18 years old, and creators must complete any required age and identity verification before selling or uploading restricted content.

General members may be admitted through an adult-access affirmation and account checks. Creators, co-creators, spouses, partners, performers, and any identifiable person appearing in creator content are subject to stricter identity, age, liveness, consent, and records requirements.

Creators are responsible for maintaining any legally required age, identity, consent, release, and recordkeeping documentation for content they create, upload, sell, or distribute.

Where applicable, creators must comply with adult-content recordkeeping laws, including obligations related to legal names, dates of birth, government ID, production dates, URLs, performer releases, and custodian-of-records information.

For shared profiles, couple profiles, group content, guest appearances, collaborations, or agency-managed profiles, recordkeeping obligations apply separately to every identifiable person and may apply separately to each content item.

Noodi may request documentation before publishing, after reports, during payout review, or when required by a provider, processor, regulator, or lawful request.
